A smartly decorated salon located in West Norwood, London. A feeling of comfort welcomes you when you walk in to the GPS salon. A large cream leather sofa awaits ready to engulf you as you sit - immediately making you feel relaxed. The full length mirrors from one end of the wall to the other assure you that your hair definitely needs doing and the reflection of the other clients being attended to so carefully encourages you to be patient for your individual attention.

To hand there are a selection of sweets and drinks to refresh you as you wait your turn (for you will wait). Tea, coffee, water and squash are available for self-service and unrestricted which saves some of the shyer ladies from having to ask.

GPS Ladies is managed by Egbe Uwadiea who is also the full time stylist. She is fully qualified earning her qualifications from the London College of Fashion. She is also an award-winning stylist. In addition to Egbe there are two part time qualified stylists available from Thursday to Saturday whilst Egbe is available all week except Thursday mornings.

A visit to GPS may be long but the service and finishing is well worth it. After all, with all that is on offer and the variety of people you meet, you'll hardly notice the wait.
